HISTORY OF BOWLING by Mike Ervin

August 4 - August 14, 2005
At the Fontbonne University Black Box Theatre

The History of Bowling is the story of Chuck, a 32-year-old quadriplegic who decides to come out of the disability closet and enroll in college. While taking PE class he is partnered with Lou, an epileptic who has spent her life trying to hide her condition. Since both can't participate in physical activities, they are forced to write a paper in order to pass the class. A romantic relationship blossoms but is short lived due to Chuck's stubbornness and inability to control his seductive roommate, Cornelius, from stealing Lou away from him.
