HotCity staff members are an exclusive, if not prestigious, club of family members who excel in their professional craft. The operations of a small theatre run by personnel who have 'day jobs' require a great amount of trust and friendship throughout the company that comes only with intimate knowledge of how we work and why we do theatre.
See our 'About Us' page to see names of our family. Please note that staff positions are volunteer, and only paid a small stipend for specific work done on each mainstage production. We work for the enjoyment of our patrons and local artists, and prospective staff members must have the same passion for the art as we do.
Persons wishing to become a member of the management team are encouraged to volunteer in various areas of the company or design, work crew, act in a show, and show a real lasting commitment to the growth of HotCity Theatre as family of artists and a non-profit theatre company.
Come to see the shows, work with us, learn what we are about, then have a glass of wine (or two...) and let us know why you want to be involved. There is always room at the table...
