Move aside, Baby-Boomers! There’s a new face on The Scene - a fierce, raw and scathing new comedy by Theresa Rebeck, author of Omnium Gatherum. Set within Manhattan’s celebrity-conscious social circuit, The Scene wickedly typifies the self-obsessed “party has-beens” and the new breed of predators determined to use and abuse them! At once wildly funny and chillingly poignant, The Scene featured Tony Shalhoub and Patricia Heaton at New York’s Second Stage in 2007 after being “the hit” at the 2006 Humana Festival of New American Plays in Louisville.
